Clear seeing. The most popular of abilities, everyone tends to claim that they have this ability, when in actuality people tend to hear or feel more than they see.

Spirits are not always stable, especially because they are created by an ever-shifting level of energies. They “jump” from place to place, they fade in and out, they can never focus their attention for very long, and it is rarely like the movies.

I get my initial visual information out of the corner of my eye. Over the years I have trained myself to stop in my tracks and focus on not looking directly at them, and then I study them through my peripheral vision. I have a much harder time seeing them straight-on, whether that is my issue or theirs, I am not certain, but I make due. If I do look at them straight on, I tend to only see an outline. I have to be very focused and clear-headed to see more, but it is possible and I have done it. Seeing spirits will zap the energy right out of your physical body though, so you really have to be careful.

The first thing I will tell you; the spirits cannot harm you if you do not allow it. Believe this, you have to feel it straight through to your core. That way, you will never be harmed. If you ever feel like a spirit is not being respectful, get out and get away. Put up your protection if you haven’t already (which I highly recommend doing so beforehand) and shake off any negative energy that may have latched onto you.

Spirits should be polite and respectful. I do not tolerate anything less. If they invade your space, tell them that, and kindly ask them to back off. If they are being mischievous and it bothers you, tell them to please stop. If they do not, tell them that they are not welcome there is they are not going to follow the rules. You politely demand that they treat you with respect.

My advice to you if you are seeing weird shit; If you come across a really weird energy or a spirit that looks menacing, KEEP ON WALKING. Don’t mess with it, don’t talk to it. Don’t go into the creepy house where those murders were rumored to have happened and “check it out”, don’t do it…just put your head down, your protective bubble up, and keep moving. There is no shame in avoiding a bad feeling, just don’t let avoidance rule your life.

I drive by this certain street on a regular basis and there is always a big dark mass-of-a-being standing at the end, where the two roads intersect. Cars have a tendency to break down there and animals avoid that stretch of road. Initially I noticed it by being curious of the energy, and then I became fearful of it. Now, I am tired of being afraid, so whenever I drive by – I stare it down, hard. It is a process, it took me 6 months to get enough courage to assert myself and my energy, but the point is that I work hard every day to acknowledge the fear and conquer it.

Seeing spirits can be complicated, they love to mask themselves. If a spirit is insecure then they may disguise themselves as a very large individual. If a spirit wants to catch you off-guard or get your defenses down, they will sometimes disguise themselves as a child or something innocent. Never take a spirits looks at face value, always wait for the other shoe to fall. When communicating with spirits you will have to trust your instincts fiercely, you know what is best for that situation. Just keep an eye out and never push aside a gut feeling when the situation doesn’t seem right.

An apparition that is “full bodied” is a rare thing to come across. It takes a seriously large amount of energy to have a spirit seen by and average person. It has happened, but like I said, it is super rare. If you ever come across a spirit that looks like a regular person, consider yourself a part of the lucky few.

If you wish to interact with a spirit and really have a conversation with them, try dream recognition or astral projection. Those are much easier. Since your brain goes into a fully relaxed and open state, it is easier to communicate between worlds. Less energy of the spirit is spent, your logical side of your brain isn’t going to push away the abstract, and in turn it creates a lovely environment for the impracticable to become a reality.

Crystal balls are only good for raising energies. You cannot “see” things in them. If someone starts rubbing a big ball of stone, gazing deeply into it, and starts talking about seeing your future…they are putting on an act for you. They may have abilities, but they are bringing out the theatrics to increase the wow-factor.

The best way to protect you from negativity is to simply not tolerate it. Negative things don’t have to affect your life and how you feel. Instead of getting irritated or angry, look at the negative like it was a toddler that needs to learn a lesson. A firm and monotone “No” will do. No justifications, no explanations, no raised voices. Just confidently say no. Spirits and energies respect a person with consistent convictions and boundaries. They have no one else to talk to and nowhere else to go, they have to follow your rules or they don’t get to play the game.

One last tidbit of advice for the road. Here is a random opinion of mine about the tarot, even though it doesn’t fit into the Clairvoyant spectrum, it is more Clairsentient.

Tarot readings are a person’s perspective on symbols that are being shown to them about you and your life. They don’t know you, they don’t know your life, and therefore these symbols could be interpreted (or misinterpreted) in any way. Be careful with this! If the tarot reader is negative, they will tell you negative readings. Take the reading with a grain of salt. Have you ever tried to talk about a book with someone after you both read it? Each of you will have very different interpretations of what was said or what was deemed important to the plot line. That is the same for the tarot. I suggest you get a tarot deck and start researching for yourself, which is truly the only way for you to receive what you are truly meant to hear.

Good Luck! Go with light and love.
